How much does it cost to rent the condo? Current weekly rental rates can be found on a separate page.
Can the Condo be rented for a partial week (less than 7 nights)? We prefer to rent the Condo for full-week increments (Saturday thru Saturday), particularly during the high-demand summer months of June, July, and August. If your desired dates cannot adapt to this framework, please contact us for a customized rate quote.
OK, so if I do rent the condo for a full week (7 nights) can my rental begin on a day of the week OTHER THAN Saturday? Similar to the answer above -- we prefer to rent the Condo from Saturday thru Saturday of each week, particularly during the high-demand summer months of June, July, and August. If your desired dates cannot adapt to this framework, please contact us for a customized rate quote.
How much of a deposit is required in order to reserve my dates? A deposit in the amount of 1/3 of the rental rate is required to make a reservation. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to check-in date and Guests shall not be entitled to possession until said amount has been paid.
How much of a security deposit is required? A $300 security deposit is due 30 days prior to check-in and is refunded within 30 days of check-out less any costs for repairs or unusual cleaning issues. Purchasing an optional non-refundable $45 renters insurance policy can be used as an alternative to making the $300 security deposit.
What items do I need to supply? You will need to supply linens and towels (pillows provided), all beach gear, as well as paper products and soap. However, linen packages may be arranged through your reservationist. Where do I go to pickup and drop-off keys to the Condo? Keys may be picked up after 3pm the day your rental period begins at the property management office.
When are the Check-In/Check-Out times? The earliest Check-in time is 3pm. The latest Check-Out is 11am.
What is the Cancellation Policy? In the event of a cancellation, the 1/3 deposit is forfeited with the exception of the Property being re-rented for the full amount for the same dates, then 1/2 of the deposit may be refunded. If the Property is not re-rented for the full amount, the rental deposit will be forfeited. All cancellations must be in writing. If Guest has not checked-in within 24 hours of the arrival date, the reservation may be cancelled and the entire deposit forfeited. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request, will be treated as a cancellation. Your reservation will be in effect upon receipt of deposit and the cancellation policy will apply at that time. A non-refundable processing fee is charged on each reservation. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, including hurricanes, or for activities beyond control of Owner/Agent.
